God, The Father
God is our Heavenly Father, our source and progenitor from Whom we all exist. He is the creator of all things, He is self-existent, self-sufficient, all powerful, all knowing, omni-present and always loving. He loves us so much that He gave His only begotten son, Jesus Christ for us to be saved. – Exodus 4:22-23 Exodus 3:14, Psalm 11:4, 103:13, Isa 63:16-17, 64:8-9, John 3:16; 4:24; 5:17,26, Acts 17:28
Jesus Christ, The Son
Jesus Christ is the only begotten (monogene) son of God. He was born by a mortal mother (Mary) and an immortal Father (God) to save and redeem mankind from sin. After He paid the full price by His death, burial and resurrection, God gave Him a name above every other name through which men are saved and to become adopted sons of the Father. – Isaiah 7:14; 9:6-7, Matthew 1:18-23; 3:17; 14:33; 16:16; John 1:1, 14; 2:22-24; 4:12, Romans 1:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:19-21, Gal 4:4-5, Philippians 2:5-11, 1 Timothy 2:5-6
The Holy Spirit
The person of the Holy Spirit makes our relationship and walk with God real and personal. He is our Helper and guides us into all truth in Christ Jesus. He also convicts us of our sins and makes us more like Christ. – Genesis 1:2; Isaiah 61:1-3, Joel 2:28-32, Mark 1:10, Luke 1:35; 12:12, John 15:26; 16:7-14 Acts 1:8; 2:1-4; Romans 8:9-11, 14-16, Revelation 3:22
The Bible
The Bible is the undiluted Word of God written by men through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit for our daily guidance and profitable living. It is life’s manual given to man by God. – 2Tim 3:16-17, Deuteronomy 4:1-2 Psalm 119:89,105, Isaiah 40:8, Matthew 22:29
The Power of God
The sovereignty and unlimited authority of God over all things is inexhaustible and uncontestable. God’s power is supreme and above all. He is God all by Himself and with Him all things are possible. – Psalms 147:4-5, Jeremiah 10:12-13, 1 Corinthians 4:20, Hebrews 1:3
Eternity
Heaven and hell are real and man will spend eternity in either one according his life on earth. Anyone that was/is in union with God through forgiveness and salvation will be eternally connected with Him in Heaven but anyone that lived in sin will be eternally separated from God in hell. – John 3:16, 36, Romans 6:23, 1 John 5:11-13, Revelation 20:15
Man
Man is God’s greatest asset, because man was created in the image and likeness of God and given dominion and authority. Man was created to fellowship with God, but sin separated man from God when he disobeyed God in the garden of Eden. Then Christ came and reconciled man back to God. Man is wonderfully made and must be treated as such, otherwise Christ wouldn’t have given His precious life for men. – Genesis 1:26-30; 2:7, Psalms 8:3-6; Jeremiah 17:5, Romans 6:6, 1 Corinthians 1:21-31; 15:19, 21-22
Salvation
Salvation only comes from the blood of Jesus Christ, the blood He shed on the cross of calvary, through the forgiveness of sin. This takes place when people confess their sins and place their faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ. Salvation is a gift from God and cannot be earned through our own human efforts. – Isaiah 53:5-6; Matthew 1:21; John 3:16, 36, Acts 2:21; 4:12; Ephesians 2:8-10, Philippians 2:12-13, Hebrews 9:24-28
The Church
The Church is the bride of Christ and God’s educational system for the equipping of the saints on earth. It is also a community of believers unified through faith in Christ. The church promotes the teachings of Christ and obeys all of His instructions, even as it seeks to spread the Gospel to the nations of the world. – Matthew 16:18-19, Acts 2:41-47; 5:11-14; 20:28, 1 Corinthians 7:17, Ephesians 1:22-23, Colossians 1:18
The Light of God
God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. While on earth, Jesus said that He is the Light of the world. Thereafter, He declared that all who believe in Him are now the light of the world. The Word of God calls us out of darkness, charges us to arise and shine brighter and brighter unto a perfect day. – 1 John 1:5, John 8:12, Mathew 5:14, 1 Peter 2:9, Isaiah 60:1, Proverbs 4:18
