Message: THE END TIME FLOOD OF REVIVAL 2
Text: John 7:37-39, Hosea 6:2

TWO WEEKS AGO, WE STARTED OUR REVIVAL AND FLOOD ACTIVATION SERVICE!
And I started by saying that for there to be a revival there must be a quenchless thirst for God.
And we saw three things that qualifies a man for revival:
John 7:37 – If any man THIRST,
- THIRST – We said every revival begins and ends with a THIRST – We also established that not to be thirsty for God is to be spiritually dehydrated!
John 7:37 – If any man thirst, let him COME UNTO ME
- COME TO JESUS – Take a step and come to Him fully and willingly
John 7:37 – if any man thirst, let him come unto me and DRINK
- DRINK: – To drink is to be totally submissive to His will and to be empowered by His spirit to do whatever He will have you do.
And last week dealt with the river and established two things:
- Every spirit filled believer or born-again Christian is a mobile river!
- Many believers are not manifesting today because they are carrying a non – flowing river.
Today I want us to dive in a little deeper and begin to see the triggers and characteristics of this end time flood of revival
WHAT ARE THE TRIGGERS & CHARACTERISTICS OF THE END TIME FLOOD OF REVIVAL – Acts 2:1-4
- It shall happen when men, women and the church of Christ come together in agreement, unity, love and one accord to pray – Acts 1: 13-15, 2:1, 4:24,31
One of the reasons why we are not seeing revival and the move of God on a massive scale today is because the church is too divided!
Listen: The greatest trigger of the end time flood of revival is UNITY – Psalms 133:1-3
There was no revival in the early church until they came together as ONE! You know why? Because God is not divided and can only move when people come together in one accord in His name.
Jesus knew this and it was His last prayer for the church before He went to the cross – John 17:20-21 – WHY? Matthew 12:25
But in that same Matthew chapter 18:19 – He said: Again, I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my father which is in heaven. – THAT IS THE POWER OF UNITY!
Listen: Unity is a universal currency that works in any economy or kingdom, be it LIGHT OR DARKNESS! – Gen 11:1-6
The people is ONE! – Nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do!
The last revival the world experienced, happened when brethren came together in one accord, one mind and in unity in a place called AZUZA STREET in 1906! – It became so massive that it was called AZUZA STREET REVIVAL! Why? Men came together not as a denomination but in unity in Christ and FIRE fell down!
The division of the 21st century church is costing us the move of God and end time revival flood because instead of men to be building His kingdom on earth they are building empires!
- It shall happen suddenly- the gate and revival flood shall open suddenly – Acts 2:2
Ladies and gentlemen, the first revival flood happened suddenly and the next will be the same!
God is about to move in our midst SUDDENLY!
God is about to use men that others feel are not qualified SUDDENLY!
God is about to move in nations, where men least expected SUDDENLY!
There is about to be a SUDDEN REVIVAL on the earth!
Listen: When men tarry in unity in His presence there is a sudden revival and move of His power!
But unfortunately, because it will happen suddenly many shall not be part of it! This takes us to the next point.
- It shall happen only to the prepared and expectant. – Psalms 85:6-7
This end time flood of revival will and can only happen to those that are thirsty, hungry and ready for God!
Listen: God will never commit His treasures to the unexpectant and unprepared! – Matthew 7:6
According to Paul in 1 Cor 15:6– There were Above 500 disciples that saw Jesus after His resurrection and He told them to tarry in Jerusalem until they are endued with power – Acts 1: 4, Luke 24:49
How come the day power fell it was only 120 that was in the upper room? After He left some were like – o’boy let’s relax this pressure is too much – every time prayers, fasting- 500 dropped to 300 to 200, to 180, to 150, to 120 (76% dropped out!)
They heard the same thing and caught the same revelation yet only 24% remained!
Now hear this – 24% ie 120 experienced the revival flood and contacted the same power!
Out of the 120 that got empowered how many of them did you hear of in the Bible that did exploits with the power? How many??
Peter jerked up a cripple, raised the dead once – James did somethings! John gave us the book of John and the book of revelation!
It was a late comer that wasn’t there when the fire and flood came (Paul the apostle) that came and overtook all of them!
A late comer! He wasn’t there when they received the instruction and fire. He was a late comer but became a front-liner!
He wasn’t even a Christian! He was not near the church when Jesus was around! He was fighting Jesus and His disciples but came from the back and overtook everyone. Matt 20:16
Listen: There is an element of doggedness, ruggedness, boldness and alacrity that qualifies you for the move and end time revival flood of God!
RISE ON YOUR FEET!
PRAYERS:
- Father, we call for unity today amongst brethren that will trigger A MIGHTY REVIVAL in the name of Jesus
- Lord, do not let me be taken by surprise! help me to be part of this end time revival flood in the name of Jesus
- Father, save me, revive me & use me like Paul to spearhead a new wave of revival in this generation in the name of Jesus
